Anja Plumb is a specialist coach in divorce and post-divorce support. Anja was in education for 37 years where, unbeknown to her, she honed the skills of coaching and empowering both young people and adults; particularly those with challenges in their lives.
Having gone through a difficult marriage which resulted in divorce, she works with many professional men and women in the same situation – helping them to find their new post-divorce identity whilst maintaining their work focus and responsibilities. Increasingly, Anja is finding that she is working with many professionals - supporting them through the added pressures which they may encounter when distracted by divorce, as well as with many women of faith who are divorced; supporting them through the different added pressures which they may encounter.

I am often asked this. It is also a question that I often ask myself – to remind me what the reason is/was that started me on this journey. Looking back, there are milestones that lead me to where I am now.
Seven milestones. Seven significant milestones which have been landing, resting and reassessing points.
When I was 5 years old, I knew I was going to be a teacher.
In my second year of teaching, I read a book about emotional literacy and intelligence that changed how I viewed behaviour management.
At 49 years of age, after a difficult and abusive marriage, my husband left me for someone else.
At 59 I left teaching and went on a taster weekend for NLP and Coaching and realised that I had been doing this for most of my career and this was what I now wanted to do.
I trained and started my business, Plumbline Coaching.
I found my niche – the people I believe I can really help to help themselves.
In 2022 I signed up for a business course with Lisa Johnson where it all started to make sense.
